BACKGROUND:For Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, one of America’s best coffee chains in India, we ran a week-long celebration with unique offers every day during Valentines Day! What did the foxes do? We created the entire communication (the hashtag, too) – weaved around puns and sweet word-play, the visual language for the campaign, and the social media creatives. RESULT: The campaign garnered an Engagement Rate of 9.27% on Facebook – the best performing campaign for February and 12.03% on Instagram.
