BRAND: HARD ROCK CAFE CAMPAIGN: DOUBLE YOUR ORDER


Background: With venues in 76 countries, including 185 cafes, 27 hotels and 12 casinos, Hard Rock International (HRI) is one of the most globally recognized companies.
Objective: To increase the footfalls to the Cafe by introducing the brand offering’s to maximum food and music lovers.
Target Audience: Hard Rock Cafe caters to a premium audience who is interested in its F&B and Music offerings. However, the change in strategy was to get new set of audience, a younger one, to experience the brand and get in their consideration set.
Solution/Campaign Idea: For the very first time, Hard Rock Cafe, ran an offer that was wherein if you order for a meal, your friend eats for free. Two-fold strategy:
1. Attract eyeballs with high frequency 2. Drive conversations, engage with audience reacting on the offer communication. This was the practice adopted on owned, paid and earned media.
Communication: An integrated communication to embark an imprint on a customer’s mind. The communication we used was ‘Double Your Order’ to keep the positioning of the brand intact. (Total Reach: 14,56,124; Post Engagement: 3342; Link Clicks: 2372)
