BRAND: HOUSE OF HIRANANDANI (HOH) CAMPAIGN: ‘TODAY AT HOH’ AND ‘GOLDEN HOURS AT HOH'(VIEW CASE STUDY)


OVERVIEW: House of Hiranandani (HOH), as a brand, has been an embodiment of grace and living luxuriously, at every stage of life, at their breathtakingly expansive properties across the country.

And so, when HOH asked us to propel the lifestyle one gets access to at HOH properties, we took up the challenge eagerly to create a tapestry of picturesque views, sentimental moments, inclusivity, and the various amenities at the property. We accomplished this by creating three content buckets consisting of a

  • Video Shoot
  • Lifestyle Photoshoot and
  • An IP called the ‘Coffee Table Book’.

    BRIEF: House of Hiranandani wanted to showcase the grandeur of the Blue Turtle Clubhouse and the lifestyle it provides, treated with a launch video.

    THE CONCEPT: TODAY’ FOR BLUE TURTLE CLUBHOUSE

    Our film reflects the magnanimity of the Blue Turtle Club House amenities through lifestyle choices made by people from all stages of life. Freshness in every frame, and mood-boosting music that’s new, cool, and expresses the bigness of life.


    BRIEF: A series of photographs to highlight the architectural and lifestyle aspects offered by the House of Hiranandani.

    THE CONCEPT: GOLDEN HOURS AT THE HOUSE OF HIRANANDANI’

    The mesmerizing sunsets that one witnesses from the property is worth a thousand words. Hence, our objective was to highlight the design of House of Hiranandani clubhouses, while creating a collection of the most magical moments that happen in absolute comfort and luxury, with the setting Sun as our canvas. We aimed to create a collection that communicated the ongoing creation of lifestyle at the properties, through the golden hours at the clubhouses of House of Hiranandani.


    THE ASK: To showcase the infrastructure, architecture, and community to attract prospective customers.

    THE CONCEPT: COFFEE TABLE BOOK’

    We created a coffee table book for the House of Hiranandani which is to be placed at the reception of the sales and regional offices in Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore.

    Our objective was to showcase the infrastructure, architecture, and community to attract prospective customers with our picturesque ‘Coffee Book Table’, with quotes on them from some of the most influential people. The quotes start with an aspirational undertone and end with the reality and architecture of HOH.
